out. that is the latest from the acquisitions room. now back to jenna. jon, new rules being considered to protect the health and safety of peace corps volunteers after emotional day of testimony on capitol hill. three peace corps volunteers testifying to congress on abuse they suffered while assignment overseas volunteering for this organization. she was a volunteer for the peace corps in 1991. also joining us is congresswoman ileana ros-lehtinen from florida. she is chairman of the house foreign affairs committee that held the testimony. this is a story that maybe few of our viewers know about. tell us a little bit about your story then we ll move ahead to the present. so i was traveling with my sister. we were staying at a home of another volunteer when some men, marketplace came by. they told us they were selling julie. my sister left with one of the men.
