Pampanga IPs receive livelihood aid from DA

LIVELIHOOD AID. The Department of Agriculture-Central Luzon has provided livelihood provision to the indigenous people (IP) community in Barangay Mawakat, Floridablanca, Pampanga on Tuesday (June 14, 2022). The move is under the DA's Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (4Ks) which aims to help the IPs develop their ancestral agricultural lands into productive, profitable, and sustainable agricultural enterprises. (Photo courtesy of NCIP Pampanga Community Service Center) CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - The Department of Agriculture-Central Luzon (DA-3) is continuously helping the indigenous peoples (IPs) in the province to develop their ancestral agricultural lands through a sustainable livelihood program. Under the "Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran Para sa Kababayang Katutubo" (4Ks), the DA-3, through the distribution of various interventions, is helping the IPs turn their lands into productive, profitable, self-sustained, and developed resilient agricultural enterprise
