Add curator to a long list of Chaka Mkali's professional accomplishments. In the tradition of fellow Afrofuturists who have looked to the sky for inspiration, the hip hop artist and community organizer has spent the past year co-curating Rituals of Resilience, a new exhibit at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. He’s also gathered hip-hop artists from across the Twin Cities and produced a soundtrack for the exhibit.
