These unsung heroes scour locally and nearby cities on the search of new talent and the best sounds they can find. Show bookers can be a velvet rope of sorts for any up-and-coming musician who is desperately trying to showcase their talent.
Kyle Brown happens to be the booker who booked both Early Branch and Basically Nancy for their very first live shows at El-Rocko Lounge. Since then, both bands have gone on to play many local venues including the Savannah Stopover Festival.
The Stopover festival provided a strong stage for both bands – Basically Nancy quickly became one of the must watch bands on the local scene and Early Branch made their debut as the newest alternative, psychedelic local band to follow.
