KOTA KINABALU: The Sekolah Bimbingan Jalinan Kasih (SBJK) will start operating in Sabah tomorrow as one of the Ministry of Education’s (MOE) efforts to provide access to equal education for all young people in the country, including dropouts, street kids and undocumented children in the state.
NO matter where a child is, even if he or she has been placed in a correctional centre, the Education Ministry will make access to quality education available to all nationwide.
