API Signs MOU To Advance Oil And Natural Gas Industry Standards In Guyana The American Petroleum Institute (API) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Centre for Local Business Development (the Centre), Guyana’s premier organization for oil and natural gas information, training and policy advocacy.
