Surat: An eight-tonne backhoe loader, commonly known as earthmover, worth Rs 36 lakh was stolen during early hours on January 18 from a forest departm.
Four men, sleeping under a truck to beat the cold, were run over by the vehicle, at Birjam village in Bargarh district. Another person sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at VSS Institute of Medical Sciences, Sambalpur.
