LarMac produces UAE National Day celebration

UAE - LarMac Projects worked in collaboration with creatives and technical teams to deliver 49th UAE National Day, Seeds of the Union. LarMac Projects was contracted to produce the 2020 live event production during some of the industry’s - and the world’s - most testing times. The show at Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island saw the creative vision of artistic director & designer Es Devlin brought to life by long-term LarMac production suppliers including PRG, Auditoria, Wonder Works, SKYMAGIC and Groupe F.

It is a kinetic art installation representing the journey of United Arab Emirates located on Jubail Island. The Seed will be on view until the end of the month The Seed is the work of renowned British artist and set designer Es Devlin.

The centrepiece of the UAE’s official 49th National Day celebration will be transformed into an art installation, authorities have announced.
Visitors can enjoy the structure called ‘The Seed’ amid a lush mangrove forest on Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island. The experience is open to the public from December 14 to January 30, the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office tweeted on Monday.
Doors open at 5pm, with visiting slots given from 6pm to 8pm daily, except Sundays.
