台中地檢署本月4日，依傷害致重傷等罪將何男起訴，建請法院加重其刑。台中地檢署襄閱卓俊忠表示，如果男童相驗結果證明，致死原因與之前傷害結果有所關聯，檢察官將另行依傷害致死罪起訴何姓教練，移送地院合併審理。
