California Attorney Gen. Rob Bonta said Tuesday the suspects – Joel Ombao, Ronnel Tiburcio, and Nimfa Molina – had taken advantage of six "severely disabled" victims who ranged from 32- to 66-years-old while working at the Secured Hands facility in Riverside.
Residents at the unlicensed Secure Hands board and care facility in Riverside were found "emaciated, dehydrated" and "living in squalor," officials said.
