Weve fulfilled major promises President Biden made to make sure our Supreme Court bench reflects the diversity of our nation and more broadly to strengthen the judiciary by fighting to nominate and confirm federal judges at the fastest rate. He promises nominees would be committed to the rule of law and it would represent diverse personal and professional backgrounds.
