Secretary General of the United Nations António Guterres will be addressing the Joint House session of the parliament on October 31 for the first time in Nepal.
KATHMANDU, Oct 20: UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is scheduled to arrive in Nepal on October 29. His visit was earlier postponed due to the attack on Israel launched by Hamas on October 7.
