Miami Host Final Claim To Fame Prelim | Standardbred Canada

Four divisions of $30,000 claiming pacers comprised the final preliminary for their Claim To Fame series at Miami Valley on Sunday (Jan. 17), with 10 of them earning spots in the $37,500 championship tilt next week. Winners in this leg were Voracity (Brett Miller, 1:51.3, $6), Ginger Tree Marty (Chris Page, 1:53.2, $3.20), So So Delightful (Trevor Smith, 1:53, $13.60) and Dont Judge A Book (William Mann, 1:51.4, $6). Voracity and So So Delightful were repeat winners in the series, but both will race for new connections in the final. Both were claimed by new owners for $39,000 (30 percent premium over base starting price) and will be among the favourites in the final.
