Second Instance Disciplinary Commission for Judges of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC Bi&), deciding on the appeal of the defendant, Debevec Ranko, President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the appeal of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the HJPC B&H (UDT) of the HJPC B&H, passed a decision by which the appeal of the defendant was fully adopted and amended the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission for Judges of the HJPC B&H of 13.07.2021. in the part in which the defendant was declared responsible and a disciplinary measure of public reprimand was imposed on him, by rejecting the disciplinary lawsuit accusing the defendant of disciplinary offenses prescribed in the Law on the HJPC, Article 56, item 22: “conduct in court and outside the court which damages the reputation of the judicial office ”and paragraph 19:“ intentionally providing false, misleading and insufficient information
