A HIGH COURT judge has set aside the $850-million-plus arbitration award to Brazilian construction firm Construtora OAS SA over the Solomon Hochoy Highway extension project. On Wednesday, Justice Frank Seepersad ruled in favour of an application of the National Infrastructure Development Company Ltd (Nidco). “Having reviewed the evidence which was before the tribunal, this court
