Good evening from new york. Im chris hayes. Earlier today officials announced a murder charge in the Police Killing of 27yearold Rayshard Brooks. The father of four was shot and killed outside a wendys friday night. The officer is now facing 11 charges, including felony murder as well as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The other officer on the scene faces three charges including aggravated assault. Both men must surrender to authorities by tomorrow evening. The attorney said brooks did not pose an immediately threat of death or serious injury to the officers when he was shot. He also pointed to the action of the officers crucially after the shooting. After mr. Brooks was shot, for some period of two minutes and twelve seconds there was no medical attention applied to dr. Brooks. But when we examined the videotape and in our discussions with witnesses, what we discovered is during the two minutes and twelve seconds that officer rolfe actually kicked mr.
