SEATTLE The city of Seattle will reach another milestone Wednesday in the fight against COVID-19 as another vaccination hub closes.
The city moving away from large-scale sites to focus on targeted and mobile vaccination efforts.
The West Seattle Community Vaccination Hub will close its doors at the end of Wednesday followed by the Lumen Field Hub on Saturday, June 23.

Preregistration for the COVID-19 vaccine is open to all Seattle residents ages 16 and older, as the state gets ready to open up vaccine eligibility on April 15.
To sign up for notifications of vaccine appointments at one of the city s four community vaccination sites, applicants need only to fill out this form, meet the age requirement and live or work in King County. They also must not have received a COVID-19 vaccination yet.

SEATTLE With one week to go before Washington expands coronavirus vaccine eligibility to all residents 16 and older, Seattle has opened up its appointment notification list to all in King County.
Using an online form, residents can sign up to receive an e-mail as soon as an appointment becomes opens up at any of Seattle s four city-run vaccination clinics. Anyone living or working in King County, who is 16 or older and still needs their first vaccine appointment, qualifies for pre-registration.
This list of coronavirus vaccine sites in Seattle neighborhoods and cities around King County will be updated periodically. For the latest information about where appointments are available close to you, use the Washington State Department of Healthâs vaccine finder tool.
Remember: Only those who are currently eligible for vaccines should book appointments. And providers may need to change or cancel appointments based on the number of vaccine doses they receive in a given week.
