Few issues have ever moved this fast in the history of our american society. Just over a decade ago gay couples could not get married anywhere in the u. S. Now its legal in over twothirds of the country. As the New York Times put it late today the pace of change on samesex marriage and both popular opinion and in the court has no parallel in our nations history.
