Supreme court has agreed to take on and likely decide the issue of samesex marriage in this country once and for all. Few issues have ever moved this fast in the history of our american society. Just over a decade ago gay couples could not get married anywhere in the u. S. Now its legal in over twothirds of the country. As the New York Times put it late today the pace of change on samesex marriage and both popular opinion and in the court has no parallel in our nations history. Automated phone calls from telemarketers, selling credit card. Security systems, bank loans. Many of the robo calls are illegal. Anywhere from five to six per day. Reporter drivia debt collec robocall, 204 bombarding 17yearold Heather Waites cell phone. They started calling two, three times a day. Reporter thing is heather had no debt. Zero. She was in high school. 68 of cell phone owners receive at least some unwanted calls. A quarter of them say it happens several times a week. But most dont know that these calls to cell phones are illegal under fell rderal law. Robo callers, face a penalty, they could owe you 500 to 1,500 for every unwanted call. The
