(Photo by Karen Ducey/Getty Images) The National Labor Relations Board has officially determined that a pair of Seattle Amazon employees were illegally fired last year, for speaking out against the company’s climate change policies, and its treatment of warehouse workers. According to The New York Times, the NLRB informed the two employees Emily Cunningham and Maren Costa that it plans to “accuse Amazon of unfair labor practices” if it does not settle. That would potentially send Cunningham and Costa’s case to an administrative law judge if the company does not acquiesce.
