reporter: now we know who is being sued and why. the lawsuit has been filed on behalf of hundreds of fans of the super bowl. it accuses the nfl, the dallas cowboys and team owner jerry jones of breach of contract, fraud and deceptive sales practices. they say that they were deceived by the super bowl tickets that they bought and they either got no seat orin adequate seating. what is interesting in this. it s a federal lawsuit filed in dallas, the cowboy stadium is located in arlington, and what we know is that the arlington fire department had said some 1250 seats were not usable in a temporary section because a guardrail was missing. at the game they tried to put these people some 850 of them in other seats, but that left several hundred of them to watch them on big screens, some went to local bars, so on and so forth. now we know it s the nfl, the dallas cowboys and team owner jerry jones facing this lawsuit, back to you. jenna: thank you. listen to this story, they are already in
