Anyone who does CrossFit or is familiar with the sport understands that the CrossFit Games are a big deal for anyone involved.
On Tuesday, July 27, the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games will open and one SouthCoast athlete will be competing in the Masters Class. Her name is Megan O Donnell Parks and not only is she skilled in CrossFit, but she s a local athlete right here in Marion who s ready to take on the CrossFit world.
