Just last week, a shooter killed two Des Moines Area Police officers in what investigators called an ambush style attack. Des Moines Police Sergeant Tony beminio died just minutes after the shooter killed urbandale officer justin martin. The officers were sitting alone in their squad cars while on patrol when investigators say scott greene shot and killed them. Investigating a racist message someone wrote on a students door in a Residence Hall. The University Says someone saw it yesterday morning at the Burge Residence Hall and notified the housing staff.
