Family members of a grandmother and toddler killed at point-blank range by a shooter who walked inside a Publix store in Royal Palm Beach on June 11, 2021 have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the grocery store chain, claiming it failed to keep the victims safe from "dangers of which Publix should have been aware."
