Waterloo police investigate four separate shootings in 14 hours; two injured, one arrested
WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) Police are investigating four separate shootings in the span of 14 hours.
They told KWWL none of them are related.
TIMELINE
Tuesday, May 25 at 11:46 a.m.: Police were called to residential burglary and a robbery in progress at a mobile home park in the 3300 block of Ryan Street. Officers say a neighbor, who called dispatch, exchanged gunfire with a suspect, but no one was hit. They said the suspect got away. Police have not made any arrests.
Tuesday, May 25 at 3:10 p.m.: Police said a neighbor reported gunshots at the intersection of Edwards and Utica Street, but they were not cooperative with officers. Police found one shell casing on the road. They have not made any arrests.
