Theyre facing ongoing threats. By delaying their cases for 10 days, 20 dies or 120 days that means they could be killed while theyre waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision on this case inch the Supreme Court willfully hear the case when they return in the fall but given that this is supposed to be a temporary travel ban lasting 90 and 120 days, the whole thing may be over before the court actually even begins to hear arguments.
