A plaque that looked a lot like a City of Ottawa plaque, but wasn't, commemorated a significant counter-protest that blocked convoy vehicles from driving over Billings Bridge.
Apparently as mysteriously as it arrived, an unofficial plaque marking the upcoming first anniversary of the convoy counter-protest dubbed The Battle of Billings Bridge is now gone.
