Nine Yards Real Estate Development has broken ground on its AED2 billion ($544 million) project - Sea La Vie - at Yas Bay in Abu Dhabi. Spanning over 30,000 sq m, it features 668 luxury homes with one- to four-bed apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
