Elmer died last week in a crash. He was described as a friend, a patriot, a brother, and always in service to others. That’s how friends say they’ll remember him. Elmer was a part of Punishers LEMC Bad Company, a motorcycle club, and Saturday’s ride from The Ranch in Fort Myers to the scene of his crash in Cape Coral was all about celebrating him and the way he lived his life.

North Fort Myers restaurant owner killed in motorcycle-SUV crash

The owner of Sea-Craft Waterfront Tiki Bar & Grill in North Fort Myers was killed Sunday in a crash at Skyline Boulevard and Trafalgar Parkway. Cape Coral police said Blaine Kenneth Elmer, 64, of Cape Coral, was driving a 2005 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail west on Trafalgar in the outside lane approaching Skyline shortly before 1 p.m.  Elmer owned Sea-Craft Waterfront Tiki in the Marinatown area of North Fort Myers since last year. A Facebook posting from the restaurant saying it would close until further notice cited Elmer s death as well as the Sunday night death of another restaurant staff member. A 2017 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Nicole Marie Nesbitt, 34, of Cape Coral was southbound on Skyline in the outside lane approaching Trafalgar.
