What is love? In no other month of the year is the word love mentioned more often than in February. And this past week was the climax. Of course, in the context of Valentine’s Day, love is invariably talked about in the romantic sense. And it’s always packaged and sold to us as a feeling, when it’s actually a series of behaviours.
There is no substitute for good health. If you are that person who likes to start the year with the Discovery Surfers Challenge, Merrifield Mile and Dispatch Cycle tour or similar events, then you know what I mean. Sadly, some of our outdoor adventures have not recovered from Covid and the sooner they are brought back, the better.
