On behalf of more than two dozen partner agencies, Assistant Director in Charge Kristi K. Johnson of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office announced the results of “Operation Lost Angels,” an initiative which began on January 11 and recently culminated in the recovery of 33 children.
During January Human Trafficking Awareness Month the FBI worked with the Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and more than two dozen law enforcement and non-governmental partners to identify, locate, and recover missing children, particularly those who have been or were suspected of being sexually exploited and/or trafficked.
Of the 33 children recovered in Operation Lost Angels, eight were being sexually exploited at the time of recovery. Two were recovered multiple times during the operation while on the “track,” a common term used to describe a known location for commercial sex trafficking.

Sierra Crest Center features a tenant mix of 69 national and regional tenants, including Dunkin’ Donuts, State Farm, Valvoline, Firestone, AT&T, and Farmers Insurance. The property is within one mile of SR-14, a major freeway that connects Santa Clarita to the rest of Southern California.
“With business restrictions constantly fluctuating, we had several income challenges throughout escrow, but were able to overcome those with a motivated seller, strong buyer and experienced loan assumption team,” said Wade.
Five Point Holdings, LLC recently announced the sale of additional homesites at its Valencia community, previously known as Newhall Ranch, and the lineup of homebuilders for the first phase of the community.
In the fourth quarter of 2020, Five Point Holdings sold 487 homesites for a gross purchase price of $115 million. Together with the sales completed since Q4 2019, the first phase will include 1,268 homesites in 18 neighborhoods, with homes ranging from 775 to 3,680 square feet in size that will serve a diverse pool of buyers.
