Meantime, the university of Southern California announced it is holding a small family graduate celebration, one week after canceling the main Graduation Ceremony over safety concerns protests that engulfed schools for weeks have resulted in the arrests of more than 2,100 people on about 40 separate campuses in 20 five states.
