The attack on west 23rd street in chelsea was captured on Surveillance Video. 41yearold Kari Bazemore is facing weapons and assault charges. Police say he has more than 30 arrests on his record. The victim received stitches in her face. She tells Eyewitness News she was shaken up but she is otherwise okay.
