The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana reported the following activities in the suit brought by Ronald Franco, as Trustee of the Franco Living Trust and Sandra Franco, as Trustee of the Franco Living Trust against Scottsdale Insurance Company on Feb. 10.
