While land values across the North Coast have generally increased since July 1 2019, some regions in the Clarence have decreased in value, according to the NSW Valuer General.

Residential land had a little dip at the start, but as we adjusted to the pandemic, the auctions came back and it was back to normal, and in some areas, where you ve had good infrastructure improvements or tree-changers moving in, values increased, Dr Parker said. Where you ve had good investment in infrastructure such as freeways and rail lines, the rises are really noticeable.

UNITED NATIONS, Feb 4 2021 (IPS) - The United Nations Secretary-General has urged nations to rise to the ‘defining challenge’ of restoring the ocean’s power to support humanity and regulate the climate.
