New research by VisitScotland for the Year of Stories has revealed that visitors still yearn for that human connection while visiting an attraction, taking part in a tour, or exploring a destination in Scotland.

Scotland’s Tour Guides Fund is being administered by the national tourism organisation on behalf of the Scottish Government and has been developed in collaboration with Cairngorms Business Partnership and the Scottish Tourist Guides Association. The fund will come as a relief to scores of people across Ross-shire who make their living in the sector.
