Attorneys office announced they are now charging welch with interstate transportation of a firearm. With intent to commit an offense or with knowledgeable reason cause to believe that offense would be committed. But today, we have the potential for some pop up thunderstorms, very similar to yesterday where we have the heat and humidity building.
