my two sons and your children. everybody else s kids to face this problem. it is not fair to pass it on to the next generation. make sure we don t pass to future generations. to face this two, four, six years down the road. and the governor held another press conference where he again threatened layoffs if this bill doesn t pass. the fact of the matter is if people don t want those layoffs to go forward, the best thing to do is have those state senators come forward, give us the ability to have a vote. joining me now, democratic state representative cory mason who opposes the bill, but didn t get to vote. and republican state assembly leader scott suitor who voted yes. cory mason, why didn t you get to vote? because they cut off debate. and it s never been done before. we were waiting for our opportunity to speak, but they decided that they d heard enough. i don t know if they were afraid we were starting to persuade too
