Real estate investor Richard Kurtz has sold, for a reported $32.13 million, the furnished Palm Beach seaside house he remodeled for resale at 680 S. Ocean Blvd.
The six-bedroom, Mediterranean-style house stands on three-quarters of an acre and faces about 175 feet of beachfront on the opposite side of the coastal road. With its front door on Banyan Road, the house was sold with an easement that provides access to the beach via an underground tunnel.
