Caleb Futter in the steeplechase (No. 3, 8:44.38) and
Scott Spaanstra in the 800 (No. 6, 1:49.19).
Ashland gained two spots to move to No. 3 with the help of two top-10 performances.
Channing Phillips jumped from No. 18 to No. 9 after his 47.15 in the 400 in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Ian Johnson also clocked 1:49.84 in the 800 for the No. 10 time on the Descending Order List.
Fourth-ranked
Angelo State clocked two season bests in the relays. The Rams’ 4×100 got the baton around in 40.30c (40.18A), good for No. 5. The 4×400 also ran 3:11.17c (3:10.73A) to sit at No. 9.
