Tulsa police are investigating a shooting that took place at the Darlington Oaks apartments near 51st Street and Yale Avenue on Tuesday morning.
Police said that the shooter was originally the one who called police around 3 a.m. on Tuesday, but when officers arrived on the scene, they were not able to locate the shooter or the victim.
