We dont know what prompted the shooting but after it was shot at he called in report what had happened and Police Spotted the suspects vehicle and tried to get it to stop but the driver sped away and police continued to sur sue it. The suspects vehicle was later found abandoned near brooke dale avenue. The people inside had taken off but investigators closed off the area and the neighborhood hoping a search would lead them to the suspects. However, that search turned up nothing according to police. Outside of that, the peninsula looks mainly dry. We have a lot of cloud cover out there. It is moist. A little drizzle falling below the radar beam is a possibility. We have from sausalito, mill valley into areas like san raphael and novato, rain. 680 looks wet at this moment. Showers falling over antioch and brentwood a little while ago but it has tapered off some. As we move through the afternoon, the showers will move to the east. We will eventually get a break.
