Security is on high alert in Harrisburg after threats of violence at state Capitols across the country this weekend. All around the Capitol complex and nearby areas, there have been a number of new security measures added in anticipation of protest happening at state Capitols all around the country, but Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse says no matter what happens this weekend the city is prepared.Mayor Papenfuse says Over the past week there has been an enormous effort on all levels. State, federal, county and city to coordinate and prepare for whatever response is needed. He also says hundreds of police officers will be mobilized including capitol, state and city law enforcement.Outside the Capitol complex, security enhancement are clearly visible such as additional guards, high-intensity lights and bright orange barricades just to name a few. Earlier in the week it was revealed hundreds of national guards members would be activated ahead of the weekend. Lt. Col. Scott Price
