BISMARCK - The state of North Dakota has agreed to pay $58,000 in attorneys' fees and costs in one of two lawsuits filed in federal court that challenged the state's ban on same-sex marriage.
The City Council also went into executive session citing North Dakota Century Code 44-04-19.1 and 44-04-19.2 to consult with an attorney about risks and negotiation strategy of the city of Jamestown in regard to an alcohol violation appeal from Middles LLC, doing business as Fred’s Den.
