Details we found going through this 22page Lake County Sheriffs Office internal Investigation Report into the alleged affair married deputy Phil Buffington had with alyssa vance shown with her husband sean who is also a deputy. It all began in 2013 when friends and s. W. A. T. Team members planned to have a threesome with vances wife. Before they could make it happen, vance told investigators he found out his friend and his wife were exchanging inappropriate and explicit text messages. Later he discovered they had sex. According to the report, alyssa confessed and told investigators they had sex numerous times, even once when the deputy was on duty while her husband was at work.
