This smash-hit musical is inspired by the true story of the iconic recording session that brought together Elvis Presley (Jonathan Williams), Johnny Cash (James R. Taylor III), Jerry Lee Lewis (Philip King), and Carl Perkins (Scott Nadenik). On the afternoon of December 4, 1956, these four young musicians gathered at Sun Records in Memphis for an impromptu jam session, the first and only time they would record together.
