Peterson s Landing re-opens | Perry Newspapers

Hick’s Fish Camp is also open to the public. Peterson’s Landing was closed from April 19-23 for routine maintainence on the pipeline, according to Georgia-Pacific Foley Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon. During that time, the public was encouraged to use Hick’s Landing to access the Steinhatchee River and the Gulf. Apologizing for the inconvenience, Mixon said: “Safety is one of our highest priorities. Please be alert and follow all safety rules.” Mixon said GP will continue to work with local authorities and provide residents with information about any maintenance activity in their area.
