The Bonner County hearing examiner has approved a conditional use permit for the applicants of the Panhandle Bike Ranch following a few days of deliberation after a nearly four-hour public hearing last Wednesday.
The Bonner County hearing examiner chose to not make a decision Wednesday regarding a conditional use permit application for the Panhandle Bike Ranch, which will be located off of Five Lakes Estates Road in Sagle.
