It took three or four officers to get sarah to calm down. She was very distraught and understandably we could certainly emphathize what she was going through. But at the time, we had no choice but to place her under arrest. Reporter sarah was handcuffed and placed into a police car to collect herself and instead of booking her or making her spend the night in jail, obrien was cited with a misdemeanor for refusing to leave the scene of an emergency.
