And so we had to step in and do what we did to keep her from running into a burning building. Reporter its something the sergeant with the San Mateo Police says is very rare. It took three or four officers to get sarah to calm down. She was very distraught and understandably we could certainly emphathize what she was going through. But at the time, we had no choice but to place her under arrest.
