A Windber contractor will stand trial in Cambria County, accused of accepting money for a home improvement job that he never completed, East Taylor Township police said.
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – A Windber man is facing felony fraud charges after allegedly being paid for and abandoning a construction job in East Taylor Township, according to an affidavit.
